Unlock Silver Rathalos and Gold Rathian
Kill Rathalos and Rathian 25 times each. (Kill any Rathalos and Rathian, no matter what class, check your Guild Card. I would suggest doing the HR 3 quest: The Red and Green Wyverns, so that both quest will pop up the same time: Otherwise, only one quest will show up if you focus on one of them.)
Kill 100 wyverns (Any wyvern will do, as long as you kill 100 wyverns in TOTAL)
After the Shen Gaoren quest you will be offered the Akantor Urgent quest, then the G-Class receptionist will offer the 2 Hypnocatrice urgent quest. THREE URGENTS IN A ROW!!! EEEEEEEEHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAA!!!
URGENT!!! Rise to the Summit (Akantor)
URGENT!!! Hypno, Hypno! (2 Hypnocatrice)
Unlock Red Lao-Shan Lung
Clear all of the HR 3 and HR 4 Guild Hall quests
Unlock Low Class (HR3) Elder Dragons
Clear HR 4 Lao-Shan Lung Guild Hall quest
Unlock High Class (HR6) Elder Dragons
Clear all of the HR6 and HR7 Guild Hall quests
Unlock Black Fatalis
Do all Battle Training and Special Training using all weapons.
Unlock Crimson Fatalis
Kill Black Fatalis once and killing all Elder Dragons 10X
Unlock White Fatalis
Kill Crimson Fatalis

Do all G-Lv Training mission. (Don’t have to finish all weapons, just one weapon per training.)
Unlock Crimson Fatalis G
Kill Black Fatalis G and all G Class Elder Dragons.
Unlock White Fatalis G
Kill Crimson Fatalis G and do all HR 9 Epic Hunting Quest.

About the killing 15 Rathalos and Rathian, I'd stick with my guide bec. I've done this myself, but if that works for you then that's great.
for the gold and silver unlocking you need 100 wyverns and at least 10 of los and ian
actually, to unlock crimson fatalis, i didnt kill 10 of every elder dragon, only killed black fatalis.... i killed crimson, but havent unlocked white fatalis
im wondering i like the bow but I herd that the bowgun is rely good wat do you think i should do
i forgot to say the i love elements but the bows are very weak and bowguns have a limite in bulletsmy best bow is ether fether bow or dark bow

use a psychoserum to locate the monster. remember the spot on the map and paintball when you see it

Hello, yes any wyverns will do whether its a bird, piscine, flying, etc as long as its a wyvern. Thanks
Tigrex is weak against thunder and its weak point is its head, I always use a GS(Imperial Thunder sword)against tigrex. If you're used to killing tigrex solo, just don't fight them both in one area or a nice trick is to flash both of them in one area, get out of there and let them hit each other, then come back again, flash, get out, repeat until your out of flashes, hehehe. hevy boguns and light bow guns are the best weapons in this game
i killed 25 ratholos and rathian, killed 100 velocipreys and i still cant unlock the gold and silver stuff. why?

Would I be correct in assuming that Cephalos doesn't count? and does Cephadrome count?
this has nothing to do with the guide but if you kill 10 of each elder dragon and that includes the shen gaoren you will unlock a great sword.
Actually, for all you wimpy bowgun users, the best weapon in the game would be a long sword. you have the supreme power of a greatsword or hammer, and the speed of a short sword. oh, and with the silver and gold rathalos and rathian, you need to hunt 100+ LARGE monsters, so focusing on vilociprey would be a waste of time and effort.
Ukanlos is so easy.... I killed 25 at skool!!!!!
for the hr 1 to hr 2 the quests are right but the numbers are quest 4 14 15 and 21....... Not 4 15 16 and 22...... Just putting that out there ....:) but the rest of it seems to be correct.
Just a correction (I think) - to unlock high rank elder dragons, you have to clear all 5 and 6 STAR guild quests, not all 5 and 6 HR guild quests

this really helped, i just wanted to know, what is the best weapon to use on the dual tigrex? i know that they are weak against thunder but i dont have a decent thunder weapon any other recommendations?

did you try using a good fire wep like saber or somthing like that and also does any 1 know a good way to kill akantor in the cats quest that $#!% is hard
i would use a strong raw power sword i would recommend hidden blaze or dragon slayer take alot of whetstones and when he stands up et close to him ad guard then charge attack him in the stomach keep attacking tail if you can and when it comes off hes almost dead.
hey guys this has nothing to do with the guide but i need help on the elder cat akantor.i have true devil slicer,dark sabre and a flame sword i cant remember the name of.and can you tell me things like tactics,armour,weapons etc.... p.s i have never used hunting horns in my lif e and i dont plan to and i love you
you should try using nargacuga blademaster armor and thor's dagger, this sword has thunder element and akantor hate, and the armor helps you doge him.I killed him in 45 mins using that.
actually i kill it faster using gold rathian blademaster set with luck booster, health +20 and attack up medium with the smolder dragon sword longsword. if you do it right you should kill it with about 35 minutes left it helps to use flash bombs even though they're not very effective it leaves him open long enough to land some good hits

Anyone... Is cutting the Rathian tail will make it lost it poison attack? I use Kushala set... It is very bad if inflicted by poison.. I need this information to slay gold Rathian and obtain Rathian ruby

For Akantor i use black rain darklance, don't really care about what armor just stay.under him and go all out, mega juices help, for yama i use master blaze with lavasioth armor and attack+ medium (jeweled). No weapon class sucks or whatever you kids all say, its all a matter of use and skill, i bowgun/bow narga ffs >.> peanuts. just some weapons are better for different monsters, simple. It also all depends on the person
Long Sword throughout the game. I have to agree with the guy above me. Any armor me against Yama. Fata I uust need en esrplug armor and is enough for me.
Cutting Rathian tail doesn't make it's poison effect go away. If Rathian wants to unleash it's poison attack,I suggest you go under her. It won't hurt you. Likewise Ratharos the same.

Solo players: seriously get someone to play wiht this game is for two persons or more. I love the game but solo missions r so so boring.
SOMEONE OVER HERE SAID LAVASIOT IS EASY. WELL IM NOT NOOB AND I HAD THE BEST ARMOR (fattalis armor full ugraded with decorations of health) and he did like 10 of dmg to me still FREAKING IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!
